I have a sweet spot for sweet potatoes, but that’s A-OK because these orange little potatoes are darn good for you. At 86 calories, 3g of fibre, and 0.05g of fat per 100g of potato, there’s little we can complain about. They are also packed full of vitamin A –one of the highest levels in root vegetables, in fact! So scrub them up and dig right in.

Serve in a bowl and pair with the cilantro aioli dip, but if you’re not feeling the spice, ketchup works too!
